Camper's grade is based upon the 2025-26 school year. The camps are under the direction of the Life School Athletic Department and its coaching staff. These camps provide instruction with an emphasis on fundamental skills. Each camper will receive individual attention in all aspects of the sport. A strong emphasis will be placed on team play. The camps' goal is for students to develop a greater understanding and appreciation for each sport while building the necessary skills for future success in athletics. Each camper should wear baseball attire and bring a glove/bat and personal water.

As the parent/guardian of a minor, I hereby grant permission for my student to participate in the camp(s) and acknowledge the fact that he/she is physically able to participate in all camp activities. If in the judgment of any representatives of the school, my student needs immediate care and treatment as a result of any injury or sickness, I do hereby request, authorize, and consent to such care and treatment as may be given to said student by any physician, athletic trainer, nurse, hospital, EMT, or school representative; and I do hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the school and any school representative from any claim by any person whomsoever on account of such care and treatment of said student. I will not hold the school district financially responsible for the emergency care and/or transportation for said child. I request that the physician, dentists and staff of the medical facility perform any diagnostic procedures, treatment procedures, operative procedures, and x-ray treatments and anesthetics as may be necessary in the diagnosis and treatment of my child.
